Please inspect your package when it is delivered.
If the product or packaging appears damaged, please take photographs and360 degree videos of the package and product and contact Genxt Smart kids within *24 hours of delivery*.
This will help us investigate the issue and process an appropriate solution.
### 5. Wrong Product
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible.
After verification, we may arrange a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and the circumstances.
*We are selling learning, and activity articles to develop the skills, we are not promoting any particular brand or such means of products. The article or purpose of product will remain same even change in brand.
### 6. Defective Products
If a product is defective, please contact us with the order number, photographs/videos showing the issue, and a description of the defect.
Our team may request additional information before approving a return, replacement, or refund.
### 7. Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene, safety, product-condition, nature or other business reasons, certain products may be non-returnable.

* Products missing essential parts or accessories
